This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Sky AI (https://www.aiseedance.org) and all related services. By using Sky AI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Uses
Sky AI is designed for lawful, creative, and professional use cases, including:
- Creating original artwork, illustrations, and visual content for personal or commercial projects
- Generating images for educational, research, or informational purposes
- Producing content for marketing, design, or business applications
- Exploring AI-assisted creativity in a responsible manner
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Sky AI:
Sexually Explicit and NSFW Content
- Generating sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, or pornographic images or content of any kind
- Creating sexually suggestive content including but not limited to: undressing, twerking, or sexually provocative poses
- Producing content intended to be used in adult entertainment or NSFW platforms
- Any attempt to bypass content filters to generate prohibited sexual content
Harmful and Illegal Content
- Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or abuse
- Images or content that sexually exploits or harms minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, will be reported to authorities
- Content that harasses, threatens, or targets specific individuals
- Content that promotes or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Imagery depicting illegal activities or used to facilitate illegal acts
Deceptive and Manipulative Content
- Creating deepfakes, face-swaps, or face-manipulated images of real individuals without their explicit consent
- Generating fake or misleading content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others
- Producing disinformation, propaganda, or content designed to interfere with elections or public discourse
- Impersonating real people, brands, or organizations in a misleading way
Intellectual Property Violations
- Generating content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Reproducing or closely imitating copyrighted artwork or characters without authorization
Content Moderation
Sky AI implements technical safeguards to prevent the generation of prohibited content. These include:
- Automated prompt filtering to detect and block requests for prohibited content
- Review of flagged content by our moderation team
- Integration with third-party safety systems from our AI model providers
Our content filters are continuously updated. Attempts to circumvent these filters through prompt engineering, jailbreaking, or other methods are a violation of this AUP and our Terms of Service.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that appears to violate this policy, please report it to us immediately:

Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Forfeiture of any unused credits or subscription balance
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law (particularly for CSAM)
- Legal action where appropriate
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion without prior notice.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Sky AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
